We have stayed here many times and the staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. We appreciate how clean the rooms are and the full breakfast is great! We love the location which is close to downtown. We will be staying there again soon!

Pros: The location was spectacular, overlooking Prescott AZ. Outdoor patio was lovely in the evening to watch the sunset, meet other guests, enjoy cooler summer air and the night sky. The on-site salon offered a large range of beauty and relaxation treatments without an additional trip. Indoor pool and fitness room had mountain views. Onsite restaurant gave first-class room service. A Casino is adjacent to the hotel, but guests don't have to walk through it or hear the noise. Cons: There was never an attendant in the restaurant when we went, only room service offered through a QR code. The front desk was also often unattended, making us wonder if they have trouble finding or keeping good employees. The patio had lots of leaf litter, which could easily be remedied with a regular blowing.

I loved the history throughout the building. The stuff were very helpful and pleasant.
